Terms and Conditions
- Gas and electricity included in terms – up to £10:00.
- Pets by arrangement.
- £50:00 deposit is required on booking, balance to be paid one month before arrival.
- In the event of cancellation the balance of rent is payable, rebooking will be attempted to cover this period, if so the deposit will be refunded excluding a £10:00 administration charge.
- All cheques and postal orders should be made payable to: Mrs D Nicholson.
- The cottage is available at 2:00pm on Saturday/day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on Saturday/day of departure.
- Any damages or breakages shall be charged.
